Terms of Service

By accessing or using Malca-A Global Logistics's website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Malca-A Global Logistics(“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Malca-A Global Logistics provides secure logistics and transportation services for high-value assets, including but not limited to: precious metals, gemstones, fine art, currency, and confidential documents.

All services are subject to a separate written logistics agreement executed between Malca-A Global Logistics and the Client. These Terms govern use of our digital platform; the logistics agreement governs physical service delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity where applicable.

You agree not to use our platform or services to:

• Transport goods that violate applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions.
• Misrepresent the nature, value, or contents of any consignment.
• Engage in money laundering, tax evasion, or any other financial crime.
• Circumvent export controls or trade embargoes.
• Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Quotes generated through our platform are indicative estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to shipment acceptance. Malca-A Global Logistics reserves the right to revise quotes based on changes in asset details, route, regulatory requirements, or insurance conditions.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are set out in the individual logistics agreement.

The Client is solely responsible for the accurate declaration of asset type, quantity, condition, and value. Malca-A Global Logistics shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete declarations.

Our maximum liability in respect of any single consignment shall be limited to the declared value of the goods as agreed in the logistics contract, subject to the terms of applicable insurance coverage.

Malca-A Global Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from any failure or delay in service delivery, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Malca-A Global Logistics arranges transit insurance for all consignments as a standard component of our service. Clients are advised to confirm insurance coverage details in their logistics agreement. Claims procedures are set out in that agreement.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, software, and theMalca-A Global Logistics name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Malca-A Global Logistics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspension of service with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Malca-A Global Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a website notice.
